Orex® watches are accompanied by a manufacturer’s warranty certificate confirming both the authenticity of the
product and the warranty conditions applicable under Romanian and EU legislation.
Warranty duration & validity
Orex® provides a commercial warranty of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase,
in accordance with the warranty certificate conditions and the applicable national consumer protection legislation.
The warranty is valid only if the Warranty Certificate and the International Warranty Card
are correctly and completely filled in, dated, and properly stamped by an authorized Orex® distributor.
The anti-counterfeiting security seal applied at the time of purchase must be intact.
Any destruction of the security seal or damage to the documentation will result in the loss of the product warranty.
Territorial coverage
The warranty applies to products legally sold in Romania as well as internationally through Orex® partners,
authorized sellers or distributors, exclusively on the basis of valid warranty documentation.

- Proper functioning of the movement under normal conditions of use
What is not covered by the warranty

Normal wear and tear, including wear of component parts and aesthetic changes to the case,
straps, bracelets, case back and crystal;

Shocks, accidents, impacts, negligence (lack of care and maintenance,
prolonged non-use without servicing, or abusive use);

Unauthorized interventions or modifications, including handling by unauthorized persons,
abnormal use, or failure to follow the instructions for use,
resulting in consequences exceeding OREX’s obligation to repair;

Damage caused by water, including damage resulting from failure to comply with the water-resistance
or sealing conditions (WR) specified by the manufacturer;

Accessories (packaging, documents, cards and similar items).
Product replacement
In the event of product replacement, the warranty for the replacement watch
expires within twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase.

Limitations
Without limiting the legitimate rights of a good-faith purchaser, any claims made against
the manufacturer OREX regarding responsibilities other than those legally covered by the
granted warranty are excluded.
Warranty Certificate

It is independent of any warranty offered by the seller, distributor, or dealer
(for which they bear full responsibility);

It does not affect the purchaser’s rights that may be exercised against the seller,
nor any other legitimate rights.
Recommendations
It is recommended to carry out a careful visual inspection prior to purchase
(before payment is made) at the seller’s premises.
If any damage to the product is observed, the manufacturer should be informed immediately
regarding the seller’s conduct.
Service
For repairs, servicing, or maintenance, Orex® recommends following the instructions
provided by the authorized seller or distributor from whom the product was purchased,
or using OREX authorized service centers.
